Terms and conditions : flexible pricing

Deposit: 50% of the total cost of your stay (excluding additional extras) is payable at the time of booking.‍

Balance: to be paid on site on the day of arrival.‍

Cancellation: free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. The deposit will be refunded.‍

Cancellation after 7 days before the scheduled arrival date or in case of no-show: any amount received will be retained by the hotel and the balance will be debited. In the event of additional extras, please refer to the conditions relating to extras.‍

Change of stay: possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, we will send you a new stay proposal with new price conditions. From 47 hours before arrival, the booking becomes non-modifiable and we will no longer be able to modify the stay booked. Any modification will incur charges of 100% of the modified nights.

Terms and conditions: non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable rates

Deposit: 100% of the total cost of your stay (excluding extras) must be paid on booking.

Cancellation: The full amount of the prepayment will be retained in the event of cancellation. For extras, please refer to the extras conditions.

Change of stay : In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the hotel will retain the full amount of the initial stay as compensation. For additional extras, please refer to the conditions relating to extras.
